ANSWER: All Keki's Fantasy Lashes are all made from silk, which makes them hypoallergenic, vegan and cruelty-free.

ANSWER: Yes! Our lashes are 100% vegan & cruelty-free.
-QUESTION: Do we offer overnight shipping?
ANSWER: No, unfortunately, we do not offer overnight shipping but, if you live within Bay Area, California there is a chance you can get your lashes the same day or next day by emailing us at (kekisfantasylashes@gmail.com)
QUESTION: How long does shipping take?
ANSWER: After you place your order please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 2-7 days for shipping. Once we are done processing your order and take your package to USPS, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please refer to your tracking number in order to see how long your shipping will take.
-QUESTION: Can I pick up my order in person?
ANSWER: Yes, you can pick up your order in person if you live within Bay Area, California. You can order online and pay with your card or with paypal OR you can pay in person using cash or cash app.
For online orders, simply email us

-QUESTION: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
ANSWER: We do not offer returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons, all lashes are final sale. ANSWER: Yes, our lashes are reusable. The wear time depends on how well one takes care of the lashes.
-QUESTION: How can I clean my lashes?
ANSWER: Start off by removing the glue with your fingers or with tweezers. Be extremely gentle as the band is very thin and can rip. Next, make a solution with a little bit of water, liquid makeup remover, and a tiny amount of alcohol (to sanitize them) and use a cotton swab to clean off the mascara and glue.
